Rixxart Posted April 13, 2012 Share Posted April 13, 2012 If it doesn't scale what is the point? U get a generic lowbie wep that's simply unbound? After you hand it in is it an orange item? Can you mod it? And would those mods then be able to transfer to another legacy toon? Unles it scales I am missing the benefit you gain from this, you level quickly enough that mods themselves become a chore to keep up to level.
