In addition, if Rail Shot hits a burning target, it has a [50 / 100]% chance to vent 8 heat and refresh the duration of your Combustible Gas Cylinder's burn effect if present. could someone shed some light on what counts as a "burning" target? is it just another word for DOT, or does it actually have to be fire-based? Devoid Posted December 15, 2011 Share Posted December 15, 2011 (edited) Burning = Fire DoT Burning != Any DoT If the effect says fire or burn on it then your golden. Mainly just the two abilities listed above. I'm not sure if it counts any other elemental DoT's other then fire but it does not include bleed effects and the like.
