Probably; I mean, first the Imperial attack on Corellia (core game, Chapter Three), then the Eternal Empire, now another Imperial attack - they probably haven't had time to recruit, train, and otherwise get their numbers between it all. Do you think on imperial side what Jedi will be in new Jedi Council? Because there will be new Council right? Or because of lose of Gnost Dural Jedi are too weak to make new one? Also it'd be cool if those who spared Gnost Dural it would lead to turning to Dark Side and letting him free to return to Republic and play as double agent in Jedi Councol lol.
