The usual work-around is to either 1) Wait until a new instance opens during high-traffic hours/the weekend; 2) Log in as soon as you can after the servers come back up following maintenance. There are (or were--my list is not up-to-date) a number of such issues with mobs on Voss or Taris (some of which I think are now fixed) where they won't respawn after being killed until a server reset occurs or a brand new instance opens up. This is obviously annoying and requires good timing/luck on your part, though at least this droid is off the beaten path in Nar Shaddah. In other news 2.8 brings access to two new things related to achievements. The first is that DP NiM is now available to all and the second is the new casino event that promises to force us completionists to spend large amounts of credits to get achievements based on luck. Consider me not terribly enthused about the latter (I still haven't finished the KDY achievements because of RNG). Someone on the PTS (I forget who to give you credit, but thanks) posted a list of the following achievements (point values unknown--I'll look and recalculate tomorrow): Hammer the Machine: Played Smuggler's Luck slot machines 100 times. Payout: Won a Kingpin's Casino Chip or Golden Certificate from a Smuggler's Luck slot machine. Sound of Rain: Won 10 Smuggler's Luck slot machine prizes. High Roller: Played Kingpin's Bounty slot machines 100 times. Instant Winner: Won a Golden Certificate, Vectron Magnus or Rancor from a Kingpin's Bounty slot machine. Hot Slots: Won 10 Kingpin's Bounty slot machine prizes. Cashing In: Purchased a Vectron Opus from a Casino Prize Vendor. Big Prize: Won a Vedtron Magnus from a Kingpin's Bounty slot machine. Jackpot!: Won a Rancor from a Kingpin's Bounty slot machine. Quality Assurance: Blew up a Smuggler's Luck or Kingpin's Bounty slot machine. (Rewards: Legacy Title: The Unlucky) Still willing to buy a "Burn it with Fire" Markin kills on Makeb fix (or just remove the achievement). I spent 1.8million creds, and with that I got 1x Rancor, 5x Magnus, 2x explosion, and 64 gold certificates to buy everything from vendor + double lightsabers/pistols. Funnily enough i had everything minus the Vectron drop at 800k so i spent 800k chasing that which i wasn't that happy about but still... Its done. Took me 1.5M to win 3 rancors, 5 of the Vectron mounts, and only one explosion. I had the two mounts by 600k, though couldn't get the machine to explode for forever.
