Does anyone know what items I can get out of reverse-engineering a Balmorran Duranium Chestguard? Apparently this item doesn't exist on any website but is available in-game.

here's a link, the Balmorran variant is to the right (spelled Balmarron? lol). Given the information here I'd expect a couple lvl 25 scavanging mats on RE and that's it.

Note that if it's a [Random] <Item Name> or [Prototype] <Item Name> or the like that this is a loot drop or quest reward, not a crafted item. Don't expect to be able to learn a schematic from it. RE will just get you materials similar to a crafted item of that type and level.
