Thyroh
Hello all, I'm LVL 50 and Full WH and now it's time to start minmaxing. I have 1840 Aim, 919 Bonus Damage, 110% Acc, 35,45% Crit, 72% Surge and 1340 Expertise (all Tech). What Stats do I "want" to have? ^^ I've heard that the Gauntlet-Mods are worth putting in evey piece... I would appreciate a little FAQ Greetings
Mozivicus
Is it really necessary to have your accuracy over 95% in PvP?
Natharon
Lose some expertise, personally I pull the expertise out of my offhand and weapon and it gets me roughly where I want to be. I would replace it with power, in fact I would probably take some aim augs and replace them with power, but then again I don't go up the shield specialist tree for the aim box. LordZym
You have way to much expertise the optimal is 1150 replace your weapons crystals with power and exchange some of the mods or armorings for more main stat.
Zakmonster
Expertise Calculations There isn't an 'optimal' value for Expertise. That thread has tests to prove that having 1340 Expertise is not a waste of stats and that the damage gain from swapping to power is negligible. Molokia
Expertise Calculations There isn't an 'optimal' value for Expertise. That thread has tests to prove that having 1340 Expertise is not a waste of stats and that the damage gain from swapping to power is negligible. There are a lot of flaws in his experiment. It's a decent read though, and there are a lot of varied opinions on the whole subject. With 1200 expertise, 1034 power, 2006 AIM, 1714 end, my average IP / FB hits for 100 - 300 more than his (that's running 7/3/31). I haven't seen what it would be like w/maxed expertise, b/c I'm too lazy / cheap to do it. With that amount of expertise, I still get smashed / hit for about the same. unluckyperson
I've heard the max expertise possible in the game is 1380, here is a formula list that will show you what your expertise does. At 1150 you get - 22.02% bonus damage, and 18.05% damage reduction. At 1340 you get - 24.59% bonus damage, and 19.74% damage reduction. So . . . compared to someone with 1150, you're at least at a 4% difference (because of the extra damage you do, and the damage increase in damage reduction). The real question is if you drop that expertise is what you're getting going to make up for that difference.
