Jacen_Starsolo
I am in my first 30 days. Day 23 now. I put in a time card so I still have 67 days of prepaid time. My page says 0. So we don't get any credit for the game purchase as a month? I guess in about 3 days when it clicks over to my time card time, I will get 1 month credit? http://www.swtor.com/support/helpcenter/6478 Bioware's FAQ is either false advertising or the system is bugged as usual with Bioware. It states: Please note that you also receive Cartel Coins for the 30 Free Days included with your purchase of Star Wars™: The Old Republic™. I have a 6 month recurring subscription, a digital deluxe edition, AND a collectors edition, have been subscribed since early access with no breaks in between. You are getting credited with 14 months of game time while the game has only been out for about 10. I have well over 100 days remaining and unlike you I'm not getting credit for those days so unless I'm missing something blatantly obvious this is a pretty huge error on Bioware's part. Icebergy
Must-have? Nothing listed is a must-have. And when you do put 'must-have' items in the store, forcing me to make a purchase, you will be down one customer. Sigh...its called marketing. Archcadias
Sigh...its called marketing. /Sigh. It's called we really screwed up, continue to screw up, nothing is going to be changing in that aspect. This is how you can tell. "You’ll only receive your Complimentary Cartel Coins if you’re active and subscribed when we go live with the new Free-to-Play option". That is what you don't do when you want people to come back. theborch
Now if we could only have a solid answer about HOW MUCH EXACTLY are worth our cartel coins, then we'll be happy, indeed. I don't even want exact prices but it would be nice for Bioware to at least come out and say something like "Chest pieces will cost 200-250 coins in the cartel shop." That at least assigns a vague value to our imaginary currency.
SupremeLegate
I Why did the rewards change from 150 to 200? I always use the monthly subscription option. I'm not sure where it is stated but I believe it was 150 CC for every for each month prior to July 31st, and then from August forward it was 200 CC. I am guessing that the monthly stipend is 200 CC. MadBernieSkills
I would like to make an additional suggest for spending cartel coins. Character transfers. Of course, I'd prefer it to be free completely or at least free for paid subscribers. But I'd be ok with using the cartel coins too. Make it happen. I have well over 100 days remaining and unlike you I'm not getting credit for those days so unless I'm missing something blatantly obvious this is a pretty huge error on Bioware's part. He's doing this by "anticipating" what he will be getting not on what he has at this moment. Anyone who is stating he has more than 200x2 for the time frame after July 31 is adding in what he should be getting not what he has listed. The MAXIMUM you can have listed is 2550 and that assumes you get the DX version and then upgraded to the CE version. The maximum you can have listed for a the various versions you can have is 1300/1550/2300(REG,DX,CE) assuming you started day 1. At the end of this month it will go up to 1500/1750/2500, and 2750 if you had both the DX and upgraded to the CE.
Duke_Johnywalker
Also I may be going out on a limb here but I'm guessing that $1.00 will buy you exactly 10 Cartel coins. If a month by month subscription is about 20 bucks and you get 200 Cartel coins for that then most likely that will be the price. They would probably prefer you to keep doing subscriptions which is why you will be getting a little more Cartel coins if you subscribe for your $. Greyshadow
I got short changed by a month... I only show 1400 as an Early Access, DX, constant subscriber. Not that 150 will make that big a difference I don't think, but still.

xorcist
Why are people getting coins for their DE since they upgraded to CE? You either have one or the other but not both. Regardless if you paid for both you certainly didn't pay as much as CE pre-order owners, as the CE dropped in price considerably since then. This is a fail on Biowares part, if the amounts are correct and as intended.
