The patch notes state: "Increased the probability to learn an upgraded schematic from Deconstruction."

I still have a 20% chance to learn the next item (I am still at the green one) and it after deconstructing around 25 items, I still have not learned the next one.

 

So what exactly is "increased" or did I misunderstand something?

No, it's the devs seriously misunderstanding something. The don't seem to realize, that fun is a vital feature of a paid gaming service. If it is no fun, it will not be enjoyed. Crafting 600+ is far away from anything funny. Edited December 14, 2019 by Goemoe

I remember back in the day of early MMOs, you'd spend a two weeks doing group content, gathering materials, exploring hard to reach places, finish it all with a raid with some friends and be rewarded with a MYTHICAL weapon or gear that felt sooooo amazing to get after two weeks of fun and fun content.

 

Now?

 

You grind two full 40 hour work weeks to get a stim out of it. That barely feels like an upgrade.

 

I miss the old breed of developers that understood games. And fun.
