I love the way you interract with the community, and you always seem so chirpy on your streams! I know its your job to have us like you (community rep and all that), but still - having you and Eric added to the team is probably the best ideas Bioware / EA could've ever had in regards to their employees. Both of you interact with the community in ways the community team never did before. Courtney is acting amazing as well, dont get me wrong, the team as a whole has become way better after Eric became Community #bigboss, and your addition was amazing as well!
