We are 5/5 HM TFB, 3/4 Nightmare EC and working on NiM Kephess. We run two 8-man raid groups every week as well as a newly established 16 man team we are grooming for progression content. We are a group of highly skilled and experienced raiders who have come from various endgame guilds across numerous MMOs. Our plan for 2.0 is to primarily focus on 16-man progression with the intent of competing for server firsts! Our raid schedule is: Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday from 8:00pm-11:00pm EST. Raiders are expected to attend at least TWO scheduled raid nights minimum each week in order to continue raiding with the progression group. Of course we understand that "Real Life Happens", so there are always exceptions. In the end, communication is key. We use Mumble for our voice chat and all raiders are expected to have a working microphone and headset. Our loot system is a modified version of "Suicide Kings" which we feel both promotes fair loot distribution while still rewarding individuals who demonstrate exceptional attendance and performance.
