Jeweledleah Posted November 12, 2013 Share Posted November 12, 2013 I wish it was. but I doubt it will be for the very reason I wish it was. imagine, transferring a character with a full fledged legacy, unlocks and all, to an account that is in early stages... even if you lose all the cartel account unlocks, still - its a huge HUGE boost.
