does anyone know what server is a PvP warzone server.

All servers have warzones. The servers designated "PvP" means in addition to warzones, if you are questing in open world you can also be attacked by other players. You can also do this on PvE servers if you use the "toggle" function, but most PvE servers don't have a ton on open world combat.
