My Assassin was a Pureblood, and my Sorc a Twi'lek, but I can't for the life of me remember if there were any species-specific conversations that late in the game. But regardless, the Empire is a meritocracy, so being an alien doesn't mean you will absolutely not get anywhere in life, you are just considerably worse off.
