Hate when I take out an ambush in the first 30-ish seconds (if not less) and I'm still getting "YOU'RE BEING AMBUSHED" music pounded into my ears for 2-3 more minutes afterwards, while I'm calmly turning the mission in. I also miss the character creation screen getting its own faction-based tunes that take over from the character select. Little things, big ambience, I guess?
