It already has some nice defensive skills, i don't think that the current skill tree is different enough from the other too. Yeah this is a little more bursty spec, more AoE damage, but its primary damaging ability, the explosive drone has no AoE! A whole skill tree just for grenades and orbital strikes? (which are still better with marksmanship talents).

And it would fit the Imperial Agent class concept pretty well: you get healing besides dps as an operative, and you get ranged tanking as a sniper.
