Basically every week, I will generate random series of numbers and whoever guesses it right will receive the prize. I plan on adding new events in the future so keep watching! 1. Information and FAQ 1. What types of lottery events can I participate? Please check the "Events" page below. 2. Why do YOU get to choose the numbers and how do we know you won't lie? First, the prize money is from my pocket. Second, I currently have, and will not mind, people watching while I type /roll x number consecutively for the prize number. If anyone wishes to witness the event, please send me a pm. Keep in mind however, that due to group limit, there can only be 15 witnesses at once. See the "Compliance Officers" page for the list of official spectators who will ensure that I do not do anything wrong. 3. So how do I buy a lottery ticket? That depends on the event but as for the main weekly lottery, you have two options. First is by replying to this thread after paying me the lottery ticket fee with your number on it. Second is sending me (Lehman @ Empire) the lottery ticket money and your number on the same mail. I will confirm your lottery ticket by typing on this thread. Lehman is the official seller of Lottery Tickets. Do NOT pay money to anyone else. I do not have any official salesperson at this moment. 4. How do I know if I've won? All the numbers and the toon names for each number combinations will be posted here. I will also personally contact you through the game. 5. What if there are more than one winner? Then the prize moeny will be divided equally among the winners. So choose a number that others haven't taken yet! 6. How do we know that you have the prize money? Well I craft Resolve Hilt 34 so I don't think couple of mils will be much of a problem. 7. Can I buy more than one ticket? You can buy as many tickets as you like. 2. Events 1. Weekly Grand Lottery Next Announcement Date: 4th May 2014 Lottery Ticket Price: 5,000 Credits per go. (One go is 4 numbers ranging from 1 to 7) Available Numbers: 4 numbers ranging from 1 to 7. (For example, 1, 3, 5, 7) Prize Money: 1,000,000 Credits! Winner Selection Method: I will generate random numbers from 1 to 7, 4 times. Anyone who matches the winning number will win. List of Lottery Ticket Buyers: 2. Weekly Spin-the-Wheel Lottery Description: There are total of 100 tickets available every week. Each ticket will represent a number from 1 to 100. At the end of the week 1 number will be selected randomly and the ticket that matches the number will win the grand prize. One player may buy more than one ticket. Because players will be lined up from 1 to 100 and number selection limit will be equal to the number of players, one ticket will ALWAYS WIN!. Lottery Ticket Price: 10,000 Credits Prize Money: 500,000 Credits List of Lottery Ticket Buyers: 3. Compliance Officers & Witnesses 1. Pretty much, you can set it up with Twitch, or other sites, and people can see your upload history so they know you're not filming like 500 rolls and picking one Might help popularize and give trust that this aint a scam.
