BrandonSM
Anakin would have met Grevious and would want revenge for his dead master. And kill Grevious turning him to the Dark-Side.
Aurbere
Grievous leads his droid armies to victory over the now leaderless clone forces. Sidious then sends the droid general to Mustafar to keep the Seperatist Council safe. Sidious then continues his plan and executes Order 66. Anakin leads the assault on the temple and then is sent to Mustafar. There Anakin finds Grievous and the Council. The battle would be drawn out as Grievous has nowhere to run. Grievous is defeated and the Council slain. Events then procede as normal, without Anakin being put in the suit. Anakin eventually realizes his potential and kills Darth Sidious and takes control of the Empire. He would then train his children to their full potential as well, but ensuring that they would never exceed his power through some sort of device. TalonVII
That last line, do you think whiny anakin would think that far? Older Vader in the Suit from Eps IV would have, Anakin Skywalker i doubt it.

Older Vader in the Suit from Eps IV would have, Anakin Skywalker i doubt it. Probably not, but if he continues to study the Force, he'll probably do so. This relies on him actually studying the Dark Side. If he does not, he would probably kill them to maintain his power. If he can't kill them, then he loses and the Skywalker line continues on its dark path.
