Class and Spec with Easiest DPS Rotation?

Simple answer: Tactics Vanguard.

Elaborating: Many of the specs listed here actually don't have a rotation but a priority system: You press the button for your highest priority ability as soon as it becomes available. (Easy trick for that: Just arrange the abilities on your quickbar according to their dps priority from left to right and press the "first" ability that's available (i.e. off cooldown) from the left side.) That's the system a lot of people find the easiest. But strictly speaking that's not a rotation.

Examples: Tactics Vanguard, Telekinetics Sage, Gunnery Commando, Infiltration Shadow

(Some ot those revolve around a proc that should be triggered at fixed spots, i.e. every 4 GCDs (Tactics) or 8 secs (Gunnery) etc. That still does not make it a "rotation".)

A rotation would be pretty much fixed list of abilities that are used in the same order over and over again (with some filler spots). Though that may be complicated at first you can play those without having to look at your abities too much - mostly only in fillers spots that are used depending on resources. But if the fight is challenging you just auto attack in filler spots and can focus on what's happening in combat.

Examples: Sabotage Gunslinger, Assault Specialist Commando, Watchman Sentinel (to a certain degree), Concentration Sentinel/Focus Guardian, Sharpshooter Gunslinger

Some of the rotations are pretty difficult though, for different reasons: Assault Commando has very difficult resource managament that can easily kill your dps. Sharpshooter rotation is actually pretty challenging to play to the max and you need to be fast. Watchman filler decisions are tricky.

Meaning: You'd have to say what you want to do as a DPS and on what level. Some rotations are very easy to play to 90% of the spec's potential but the last 10% are damn hard (Sharpshooter e.g.). Some specs have ridiculous dps even if you only use 90% of the spec's potential (Tactic's Vanguard - that's why it's the easy answer).

So if you just care about an easy rotation but not so much about how much dps you're doing with it, Telekinetis Sage would be a good choice, too.

If you'd rather learn a set rotation and just repeat it with high dps go Sabotage Gunslinger (If you target is moving just replace grounded AoEs with standard spammable DPS ability).

Compare to Assassin VG is an exemplar of difficult rotation. Really, assassins don't even have a rotation. There is just voltaic spam + shock proc.

Yep and all fights you can just stand behind boss or your target ... wait no you cant.

I dont see many good Sins or Shadows who can maintain high dps while having to move constantly. Try it and then compare with PT. Lets not even talk about aoe...

Do they really care about positioning? what is the reason of positioning behind the target if you can just spam voltaic?

Good luck spamming voltaic and forgetting the positioning... your dps will fall as rock.
