Personal Answer: I think this would be a very close match, but I have to go with Andronikos. He has military training as well as many years raiding Republic and Imperial ships alike. Also... pirate. Even though Risha has her own cred and chops (imo), having grown up the daughter of Nok and all, I think she's more focused on grooming herself for being queen and all. I think she would probably try to bribe or sweet talk Andronikos out of the fight anyway. And, yeah, pirate trumps bratty queen-in-training. Right between the eyes. I love this!
