deeprave Posted January 3, 2012 Share Posted January 3, 2012 I had the same problem, abandoned the quest and got the item when I accepted the mission again. When I originally got the mission, I had another scanner from a different quest from further south in the zone that I had not yet handed in - identical graphic but different name. Not sure if that is related, but I certainly didn't have the scanner the first time around or it has been removed at some point in between probably by turning in the other mission (guess). cflex Posted January 25, 2012 Share Posted January 25, 2012 I too had issues with this quest. I reset the quest, then went to my Inventory > Mission Items. When standing in the spot marked on the minimap, I right clicked the scanner. Repeat for each spot. Turn in. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lychmaster Posted February 13, 2012 Share Posted February 13, 2012 (edited) The problem comes when you pick up this quest BEFORE turning in the one where you need to scan 8 creatures.
