JohnyHoward
How Do I get blue plans? Just keep reverse engineering until I learn it? I have reversed engineered about 20 Items and nothing??
PlacidDragon
Yes, just reverse engineer until you "discover" a blue. Then its the same process from blue to purple. And 20 is nothing, you can complain when you have done
terminova
How Do I get blue plans? Just keep reverse engineering until I learn it? I have reversed engineered about 20 Items and nothing?? Yes, sometimes it takes a lot. I try to make a bunch of the same item before starting to RE them.

Kierthos
If it helps, the RE success rate is supposed to be improved in 1.
CORKNUTZ
Yea, I wouldnt even bother DEing right now. I've made over 300 of the same ear piece (just a green trying to get a blue pattern). And nothing, previouslly (before they f&**ed up the pvp bag randomness) If I made 25-50 greens i'd get a blue, then sometimes from blue to purple it took 100 or so but at least I'd learn a pattern. So far since they borked that up I've gotten one blue pattern since the change. Customer ticket explaining before and after, basically got told to shut up and color. "This is working as intended" So I guess it wasnt working as intended before and now you might as well forget crafting until its fixed.
Elyx
In addition to the % change to RE, they are also going to list on the item tooltip whether it can result in a new schematic or not, as some green items currently cannot DE into blues (like many vibroblades).
