It happens with my sniper, gunslinger and Merc's my scrapper and operative it is pretty frustrating fixing it only to log out and play another character and have that ones abilities reset.

Are all you guys at max level with the affected characters?

 

I only have one level 70 and that's my mara, who was fine.

 

I have an Agent who's in limbo who's not affected and a Merc who isn't affected, neither of whom are at 70.

 

My Sin was also fine who is also not level 70.

Yep all my toons are 70.

After the 3rd or 4th time logging to the char the utilities no longer reset. Last time I misclicked and chose something different than usual (who cares when doing dailies, right?) maybe the game didn't like my usual utility choice? Edited September 1, 2017 by Mubrak

Only happened so far on my level 70 merc, none of my other characters seem to be affected (level 70s). Only been happening since new patch (5.4b?)

 

Edit: Also happening on my Engi Sniper (70).

My 68 Trooper was all good too.

Have logged in most of my alts. Still only happens on merc so far. It's getting me globalled in pvp when I forget to set them.

This happened to me yesterday and today on a L70 Marksmanship Sniper.

For me, it's all my snipers. They're at max level and their utilities keep resetting.

Have you tried choosing something different? That seems to have fixed it for my Merc, even after going back to the standard setup, the utilities no longer reset. Edited September 2, 2017 by Mubrak

This happens to me on my LVL 70 sniper.

This does not affect my lvl 58 Sniper.

Pretty annoying when fighting in a WZ is a reminder to check your points.

Logged into my trooper again, zip all bug wise there too. He was level 70 all utility points spent (at rank 5 GC) when I logged out first time and logged back in after a break.

 

Now before the great server kerfuffle of a couple of days ago how many got a patch and who didn't? I never logged in at all that day.

 

I'm troubleshooting, may as well help the devs out a bit.

Did get a patch here.

 

For merc it might be tied to Trauma Regulators. As far as I can tell, when I log out with trauma regulators, my utilities are reset the next time I log in. When I pick something else no reset.

 

Makes me think... Do we always get a reset when utilities change or just when an utility we actually have was changed?

Happens on my merc every time i log in. Really annoying. Every patch, break more things than they fix. Hope they aren't paying their testers and QA team cause if they are they aren't getting their money's worth.

It was Happening to me as well on my lvl 70 Merc. Looks like switching to something else and then resetting arsenal Has fixed it.

 

 

 

 

 

EDIT: I lied. It has not fixed the issue.

This isn't the first time I've seen this bug happen. It happened last year to my Snipers. No idea why.

 

Switching disciplines and then resetting back to the one I use worked fine. Problem solved.

Another matter, he resets after every patch. Every single one.

I am having this problem too on my lvl 70 Gunslinger. Every time I log out my utilities reset.
