What you can do, once you're level 70, is jump straight to the Ossus storyline (Jedi Under Seige) from your ship's mission terminal. Once you finish that then you will be able to do the Onslaught storyline. Note: you also have to have bought a subscription since Onslaught came out. A PAID sub.
