I have unlocked all the decks, including the Crew Deck and the first two Crew Quarters. When I go to unlock the 3rd Crew Quarters, it shows that I have the requisite frameworks and credits in the guild bank. I click on "EXPAND" and nothing happens. No message at all. The room remains locked, the frameworks and credits remain in the guild bank. Is it a bug, or am I missing something?
