Darth Sion's Pauldron skirt rigging.

Darth Sion's Pauldron has bugged rigging on the front flap skirt for female characters. Nearly every vehicle ride in a seated car and often after a force leap the skirt will flip back upon its self and get stuck permanently inside the character model. The only way to fix it is to remove the chest piece and re-equip it. Until it bugs out again on the very next force leap or vehicle ride or other full body animation.

Yep, I have had the same issue with this for awhile now.

If you get on your bike, then get off, the front flap is behind you and doesn't show. If you jump around and such it eventually goes back. You can see it clipping through the crotch area of your toon and coming out the behind. It seems it gets "stuck" until it works it's way free.

I have said this MANY times on these forums and will say it again.

STOP with making flaps attached to chest piece and save us and yourself alot of headache!!! These things should be attached to belt or pants. Period.

Reported that ages ago in game, I haven't played that character as much since I got the reply that gave me the impression they didn't care to look into it.

At least the lighting on the skin should be fixed now, but this is still a big annoyance, way bigger than the lighting was.

It's triggered by doing something as simple as... RUNNING! With only a few way to temporarily fix it... until you run again.

It's annoying, so much that I quit using it on female characters, although intervene with my jugg usually fixed it. It's a bummer because I unlocked it in collections with the intention of leveling a sorc female with it before I knew about it. Edited by wiredgutter

Same here. Unlocked in collections, yet its got the bug.

Yeah I figured I would make some inroads on a more populated server, and unlocked it right away based on the preview window. Soon as I did my first force leap with my Sith Warrior... "Oh noes".

Thanks for the posts and the pictures - I'll make sure someone takes a look.

http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?p=7324995#post7324995 Looks like you already did. Found that as part of my "did I post this on the forums before" search. There are pictures posted in there as well.

With the search still being especially buggy it's hard to say if I had made a thread about it or not. I did find my in game ticket, which was handled by the incompetent customer support drone (99% of the people know who or what I mean, so just say if I need to repeat the designation). So I had to send it in again, asking explicitly not to have it handled by him which netted the "thank you for the bug report, please send it again" crap. I think I was too annoyed at that point to actually send it in any way in game so there might be another thread lurking about.

Seems to effect the back flap too, on occasion when using vehicles, walking a bit fixes that though.

The front flap is just so silly though, that even the game itsself moving my character about for cinematics/conversations can cause it.

Please Bioware fix this! An easy fix would just be to remove the damn skirt rigging on females.

This is a problem for the balanced combatant set as well, was hoping that it was maybe worked around for that set but nope
