jamescloutier Posted February 11, 2013 Share Posted February 11, 2013 Rip them out of dread guard/hazmat pieces and RE them. You have a 20% chance to learn them. Or get one crafted, place into a modable piece, remove and RE them (this removes the "crafted by" limitation). Same 20% chance. I only add this since BW has stated it isn't an exploit to do it.
