I suggest that you look around for a weird kiosk somewhere (Onderon, Odessen, Mek-Sha, somewhere like that) that can be clicked to give you the packs. Hang on. I'll go look. Had to download patches for the PTS, then I tooled around and found the weird kiosk exactly *nowhere*.
