My name is Igor and I’m eager to announce that there will be a grand race on 22.12.12 at 17.00 CET on the planet of Tatooine! Everyone is welcome to participate but only registered racer can do that. So please sing in by posting in this thread your character name. The winner will be granted with community title “Desert Champion” and a special prize! The track itself lies within the Dune Sea area http://imageshack.us/f/546/mapqr.jpg/ (1 – Republic base, 2 – Empire base,4 – Heroic area, 3 – Start/Finish) and you must complete it 3 times in order to finish the race. (3 laps) Start/finish is located here in the Outlaw’s den http://imageshack.us/f/13/startqm.jpg/ There will be three checkpoints. First one is located within imperial base "Mos Anek" http://imageshack.us/f/109/232cq.jpg/ http://imageshack.us/f/51/1stcheckpoint.jpg/ There will be a player inside. Once inside the building you must /wave at that player (or /any_adequate_emote). You'll have to dismount first ant not be in stealth in order to do that. The third and final checkpoint you’ll find inside Heroic Area. Just watch out for Tusken Raider Operatives (We have "Snipe" and not to mention Stealth ) About 90% mounts. As it will be hard to control that aspect of event, whe have decide to use 110% mounts. But this feels right, a true tatooine race. with traps whats the rules if someone dies and has to respawn at the medical vendor? by gankers or heroic area or other faction base? But make sure you went throug all check points and /wave there. Thats thay we know the player has been there(!) In addition, there will be 3 laps and if you was the last one in first lap you might be a winner in the another.
