On Balmorra, I think:

After constantly flirting with some guy but then turning him down last minute:

I didn't have fraps going alas so I can't remember the exact quote, but there is a quest where you get to have a one nighter with an npc not long after you pick up Andronikos in the Inquisitor class quest chain. It goes something along the lines of:

 

You emerge from the dudes fancy rooms to find Andronikos waiting for you in the hall.

 

Andronikos: "Well, that took... quite a while. Don't worry though, I managed to kill the time with a sweet young lady that mucks out the thranta stables. Almost nobility, but without the stink."

 

Not verbatim, but pretty close. I think that is my favorite so far.

Not a companion but had a funny conversation with Watcher Two upon arriving on Alderaan.

Me" "No more beautiful than my Watcher" (predictable, I know).

I think I about died laughing with the romance follow up affection mail from Ensign Temple when she goes on the rant about Kaliyo since well KAliyo and i will never get along and im really wishing it gave me the option to kill her on Corellia when they captured her. /goes off to stab her again.
