Mercenaries have no use for Shield Generators since they have no tanking spec and cannot equip them.Power Generators have more Aim and Tech Power at the cost of having no chance to proc a shield.Shield Generators have lower Aim and Tech Power, but compensate with a baseline chance to proc a shield and additional shield absorption.
