I think a TV that played commercials on a loop would be awesome. If we get this, I expect a huttball commercial and other advertisements that should be obviously humorous. Think of the fake commercials from the AquaBats SuperShow.

What if you have some kind of a dueling dojo I got this idea from watching an where the family had a dojo next to their where the family had a dojo next to their house I thought this wou I thought this would be a good idea for the stronghold

I want a pool*! What's a spacious luxury home without its own perfectly maintained swimming pool to lounge around next to? Also, take the pose your character uses on the cartel skiff mounts (minus the grape-eating!) and attach it to a fancy towel or a lounge chair (with pillows), and you've got the perfect poolside decor. Actually . . . that might be good as an emote, depending on how interaction with furniture works in strongholds.

 

Something that has depth ranging from shallow enough to sit in (head above water, body partially or fully submerged) to mid-chest/shoulder height would be great. It would be mostly a decorative piece -- maybe something like the fountain designs on Makeb?

 

*Not really for swimming in, obviously, since we can't swim in the game.

Manniquins or a armoire to display armor or clothing.

 

 

though I know we can't paint the walls it would be nice if we could so I could paint some walls pink. (smiles)

I'd love to see a stone pinnacle like that in the Sith Academy on Korriban, or a statue to Typhojem or The Fanged God. Anything that serves as a focus for the dark side of the force upon which to meditate.

A few things:

 

The giant missiles from the Balmorra arms factory.

A 3d table top model of each warzone (not a hologram).

Planetary cannons from The Civil War wz.

Pretty much any statue outside of Organa castle on Alderaan.

The stasis chambers the Dread Masters were kept in on Belsavis (With different kinds of captives inside for the sake of variety)

The temple guards on Korriban that kneel when sith pass.

Trooper guards that salute when other troopers/imperial agents pass

So developers, we've now reached 25 pages of some solid ideas. Can you let us know which ones we've mentioned have at least a chance of being implemented

You know those bosses frozen in carbonite from the BBA event? Thats what I'd like to see available for my wall hangings.

There are two different little display case things in the Mando Enclave on Dk. The first is a Kryat dragon looking skull on the first floor, different from the one already shown in the twitch live stream. The second is on the 2nd floor and has a peice of debris floating beside a scepter. Either of those or just things like them, trophy looking things displayed in that way would be cool.

My alts on strongholds and then Jedi relics, meditation chambers etc.

Didn't read all the posts so far. So some of these might have already been mentioned.

 

1. A large circular area around the master bed with a force effect (i.e. lightning storm, or healing pool), wouldn't have to actually do anything, just the effect of lightning or force all around while you lounge seems neat.

 

2.. A large throne made from a Krayt Dragon skull/bones

 

3. Force wielding companions sparring with floating droids that zap lasers at them (ala Luke Skywalker in the Millenium falcon in ep 4)

 

4. A Beast Pit for your pets/mounts or to make wagers on your own version of a Hutt's Beast Pen.

 

5. A Hangar with all your GSF ships docked in it.

 

6. Newsholos of your latest achievements

 

7. A dance floor where participants get the same lightning effect on their feet that tanks get from the Kephess fight in TFB.

 

8. Imperial Temple/Senate Guards stationed at all the exits

 

9. Optional selection of your own personal band to play for above mentioned dance floor.

 

10. Force users could have an Acolyte/Padawan training ground area.

 

11. A dining area/cantina with firaxan shark tanks all around.

 

12. Rakata mind traps where only you and whomever you choose may hide in, only to reappear later to the surprise of your guests.

 

13. A fast charging health Kolto station (could use the Kolto orbital attached to a device)

 

14. Artistic representations of your companions, romantic interests, or epic moments to hang on the bedroom walls etc.

 

15. Conquest Collections: Lightsabers of every named force user defeated, trinket from every romantic conquest, trophy from every bounty, mementos from every planet faction storyline, items from each class final boss, unique trophies for certain numbers and types of PVP achievements.

 

16. Isotope-5 droids to use as sentries

 

17. Datacrons with all the codex entries you've unlocked that can be pulled up on a display (easier reading and for guests that don't know the lore, haven't gotten the entries yet)

 

18. A Dueling arena where you could select the environment (i.e. the lava and platforms from Gharj EV fight, or platforms from TFB final boss)

 

19. A floating hoverchair that can take guests on a slow guided tour of your vast estate, showcasing your might.

 

20. A nerf pen out back, complete with nerfherders (come on, you know that's gonna be a conversation starter)

 

21. Optional firework displays in the distance for those scenic/romantic evenings.

 

22. A large red fake self-destruct switch complete with computer voiced countdown (because what self-respecting Sith would allow his stuff to fall into enemy hands instead of destroying it)

 

23. A secret console to pull up your faction's respective spy network/Genoharadan with entries unlocked via Cartel Market (could be like the datacubes from earlier packs)

 

I could probably go on longer but there's a lot here already. Have fun with it.

How about a library you have spaces for books put right into the walls this may not be this may not be a Decoration more of an add on to the stronghold I thought of a good idea

Now I haven't read through all the replies so sorry if I repeat anything

 

(1) Beast/Droid and Beast corpses / Destroyed droid - for example this could be connected to the enemies kill achievement for a area give you access to beast/droid types. This could be used for like the lower grade achievement can give access to "Beast corpses / Destroyed droid" and the higher grade will give you Beast/Droid for placement. (The placed beast or droid should have any sounds or emotes that they do in the field so they are properly active not standing about like a statue)

 

(2) Guard types - that can be gained from world/flashpoint/operation achievements gained similar way as mentioned in (1) for example in completing a certain type of achievement in "Athiss" will give access to either or both local sith or the cult worshippers.

 

(3) Decorations that interact with each other - for example placing sith relics near the blood pool will cause some kind of dark side force effect with it getting more complex/stronger glow more relic placed or placing a droid near a droid maintenance object will cause something to happen for example robotic arms coming out doing repairs to droid.

 

This is my few ideas to the collection hope people like them.
