Double XP for Queue and Server Crashes (Paying Customers)

As a paying customer, I feel that my limited playing time should be compensated some how. I understand that monetary gain in real life or the game life would upset the delicate economy, so how about double XP? Give the players something like 5 minutes double XP for every minute they are queued and a couple hours every time the server crashes.

Many of us have a limited amount of time in our day that we can afford to just relax and play our favorite Star Wars game, so how about a little compensation for our inconvenience?

If on your way to work there is an accident and you are delay getting to the office by 30mins, should the city have to compensate you for your lost time? Should the people involved in the accident compensate you?

No.

So just accept that sometimes things break and it takes 15mins to an hour to fix but they always get fixed. Furthermore, there are ALWAYS options to avoid peak server times, if YOU choose to do so.

How about customer satisfaction.. why should people pay for something they are not satisfied with? If I quit paying/playing and everyone else does too, how long will SWTOR be online?

I don't think double xp is a bad compensation for my troubles? If a restaurant serves you bad food, to keep their customers happy don't they comp them somehow?

Double XP may help you but it doesnt help me and probably many others who are no longer levelling alts and are at legacy 50.

I really dont see the need for compensation, I am on The Red Eclipse, I havent been in a queue since launch, my game doesnt crash, server crashed last night but was up again within 30 mins, no issue.

haven't seen a server login queue since December 2011. game has crashed a few times and i was able to get right in. what sever are you on that has a queue now?

My server (Harbinger) is difficult to get on during peek hours. My game time is limited with a full time job, wife and two kids. When I finally do get online sometimes the server crashes then my game time is greatly reduced.

I know you can not expect compensation for every inconvenience in life. I like Star Wars, and I like MMO's and hope that BW will not chase away its customer base with poor service. I was thinking that a little compensation might make people a little less likely to leave, due to the unfortunate inconveniences in this wonderful game.

Yes the rapid increase of F2P on these "High Population Servers" seems to be creating significant LAG on various instances and login Que's. We have crashed three times since F2P and I don't recall ever seeing a crash over the last year. (Or at least since we consolidated servers).

Meanwhile, Double XP is not a good idea as each person is different in what they need.

Suggestion: Provide 500 Cartel Coins for SUB's instead. (November ""Bonus Coins" - For crashed servers)

Reasonable?

I have had several crashes since 1.5 and never had this issue even when there was more then 8 servers. My crashes seem to happen when the server reaches its capacity and i have to wait 15-20 mins to get back in.. Imo paying customers should not have to wait to get into a server when there are f2p people playing. I dont mind waiting if the queue is full of paying subscribers..yes i know some f2p people are paying money for cartel unlocks but those of us who are subscribers should not have to wait.If there is a line to get in and there are f2p- people on then one of them needs to get inline for spot and a subscriber should get right in..
