Is an powertech Tank with dps gear as good als a jugger dps tank?

You will deal decent dmg thanks to cleave but it won't be as effective dmg as big chunky crushing blows with pooled hatred stacks.

When I played shield tech in full dps gear I had harpoon fully specced so I could pull someone then firestorm while they were rooted and then proc flame engine and firestorm them again. It's pretty fun if you like flamer, just don't forget to tank for your team too.
