Force Charge and the PT charge seem to have a bug that gives the player CC immunity for the duration of the charge. As a Sorcerer Creeping Terror which is a 2sec root ability with 30m range I have been trying for days to root a charging player and can not. Moreover; after the charge animation is completed the player is not rooted.

 

Reporting as bug because it seems like one, not sure if it part of the ability design to award blanket CC immunity during the charge or not.

Would be a bit OP to be able to CC a guy mid-air as he charges across a pit or something to reach you.
