ahwell
Hi all and many thanks to the people who take the time to kindly respond to these forums. I was in game the other day when a player was saying it took a lot of credits to get your own transporter, and someone replied by saying they could upgrade there game to include your own transporter at an extra cost, by visiting star wars on line? Is this correct, or do you have to buy your speeder in game with your own credits please? Thank you for any replies.
Jayntree
I've never heard of such a thing other than buying another copy that is a DDE/CE.
Ziggymaster
To upgrade for $20, log into your SWTOR account, choose My Account, and under Account Management, choose Games.
Yargnit
FYI doing so only removes the 8k credits cost of the speeder itself, not the 40k credits cost of the skill to use it. So you'll basically be paying $20 to save yourself 20% on your 1st speeder. (the 2nd costs 210k/25k btw, and the 3rd is even more) If you want to upgrade for the other sutff it gives, or if you actually like the look of the speeder, then go for it. But don't bother just for the cost savings getting it. It's totally not worth it at all. (8k is about the cost of 1 skill at the level you are able to use the speeder)
