Of course we always welcome players of any skill level as long as they enjoy playing the game. This particular thread is to address an immediate need. The raid group runs Mon/Tues/Fri@ 9pm EST. Just thought I'd give you a friendly note: There's not such thing as "Server" time in this game as most people understand it from WoW. The clock that you have in-game just tells you your local time.
