I already had the credit card added, added different card and the same problem, don't know the OP. The same card I use to purchase cartel coins by web and pay my subscription. Still the same.

The thing is, at first I had the Error code 9 problem, tried a few times over the day(and more than a few over a short period out of pure frustration, I admit) and changed to gathering data. Changing the credit card doesn't help.

My GF, using the same credit card, gets the error code 9, but not the requesting data.

I guess I'll buy the warner bros bundle instead _

A question I would like answered is what will happen if they can't fix the problems before November 30th, when the promotion ends.
