I have seen cards added on the payment history page have helped for other card related issues.

So I guess login to "MySwtor" add the card on the payment history page https://account.swtor.com/lockbox/bi...2Fsubscription and see what happens - nothing to lose.

I gather the in-game feature is fully enabled in the account.
