For the second month in a row, I have not received my monthly subscriber allowance on my account. Last month's allowance was only posted after I sent an email to Customer Service, a week or more after my guildmates received their allowances. Like them, I have been playing and subscribed since beta.

Is this because I opted for a multi-month subscription? If so, why was I not awarded the entire 1800 CC allowance for the subscription period at the initial dispersion of CC funds? I actually prefer to have the 'allowance' awarded in monthly increments, if I have a choice.
