Sorry if it's rude of me, but when you pay for something, a product or service, you obviously want it to be well executed. And I, like many, paid for the game. I'm passionate fan!

I understand that problems happen. I understand that Bioware tries to solve as best as possible, but I lost a whole day and part of the night trying to solve the problem and not getting success.

I really would very much someone from Bioware team gave me a solution. I'm on vacation from work and college and all I want is to enjoy the game I love so much. Do not want to waste another day, with stresses and frustrations.
