The exact same thing just happened to me. It was my first sub, so it still shows me as preferred even though my billing history clearly shows i'm a subscriber now. Hopefully this is system wide and they'll notice before Monday.

I just called and sat on hold in the queue for twenty minutes when suddenly the call was "disconnected". It appears I was hung up on, but it could have been an accident. Hope a fix is on its way!
