OK, What the hell is going on... After almost 4 days now of waiting to get my characters restored, the ticket is now closed with no explanation and none of the characters restored. Could I get a please explain on this please?
I'm still waiting for one as well. First ticket was closed and blank. Opened a second ticket asking what happened with the first one. Second ticket was closed yesterday with the message "Resolved" which it wasn't.
