Makes sense, Only reason I switched to shields in the vid in the minefield was to recharge them from the first mine grouping since I had the Warfare unit active. And since the EMP burst can take out everything on the frig except the Shields, engines/radar unit, makes more sense to just ravage the frigate with missiles.
