Oh the BS gets better, called Customer Service - Tech Support and guess what? All their 'tools' are currently being updated... at the same time as a patch day 'unexpectedly'. They are, for all purposes, entirely useless and told me to call back in the morning (after telling me to call back in an hour 3 times, and on the third time I told them **** no, stop jerking me around).

Sure, we can submit a ticket, and what? Who's going to respond to it? Apparently your entire tech support staff is sitting with their thumbs up their butts with nothing better to do than to pass off your PAYING CUSTOMERS!

I would like to thank the attempts by the forum support staff, you at least TRIED to get us to do the usual tech support things (is your computer plugged in, is it turned on, etc), your phone staff is atrocious!
