Reboot your ISP modem/router. If you have the option to flush DNS on it as well, do so. This was a recent fix for some people (myself included), most likely an internet routing issue that was fixed on your ISP/Internet side of things.

You may also have to do a hosts file entry as well if your DNS cannot properly connect. This is fine for a temp fix, but not really for a prolonged one, if they decided to change some things, you would still be trying to connect to the old configuration.
