I called customer support on Friday the 16th, and patiently waited in a queue for over an hour and a half before reaching customer support agent Paul Joseph. The issue was regarding the terribly low fps and terrible stuttering I've been experiencing since 1.4. Mr. Joseph had me e-mail him my launcher diagnostics file. No one from tech support was available, so he assigned me ticket #6819726, which he said was a "high priority" ticket because I had already waited for over an hour and a half on hold, and tech support was unavailable at the moment. He told me that someone from tech support would call me back either later that evening or at the very latest, the day after - Saturday the 17th.

It is now Monday the 19th. I have received no phone call.
