I called them on Friday after a month and a half of terribly low fps and terrible stuttering caused by patch 1.4, had to wait an hour and a half to speak to a live rep, spoke with them, they told me they couldn't me, but their tech team could, but their tech team was too busy assisting other customers, so I was given a "high priority" ticket, and was told that I would be called by their tech support team either later that day, or at the very latest, the day after - Saturday.

It is now Monday. No phone call. I e-mailed them, and they told me to call them and wait in a queue.
