I highly doubt it will charge us for the attempts since we weren't able to confirm the final step anyway. Still, I was in the phone support queue for 42 minutes tonight and the operator told me to actually wait and try again today. I'll call them again once I'm back from Uni and see if I can find something out for you. Will post again :3
