CE Owner, subbed early on as well as in October. Called customer service to resub over phone again before servers came up, was told I was subbed and would get all bonuses. No party jawa or banner after waiting awhile near mailbox. Have reference number given when I called on phone if needed.

Edit: I still have my original pre-order, collector's edition and founder emails sitting in my box. I should meet all the criteria of CE before Nov 15th and subbed before F2P went live.
