I understand why some people are frustrated but spewing vitriol all over the forums only serves to bury threads that might actually be helpful!
i think all us unofficial tech support guys have a weakness of wanting to argue with these guys, now what has been said with this and above i agree with all that has been said, @ other guy nice to no other players respect some others who try help always nice when BW/CS says to you good job etc (for example)

(you will norm see me hanging around connection errors/download but always need to take a break when ppl start to rage and cry at BW when user side connection issues or them using 3g which can produce weird responces when downloading (can tell this if you attempt a tracert/pathping ... not everyone encounters problems with it but it is mostly encountered if you download with it)
